1. Nature of Real-Time Attention Placements
KAROZ operates an instantaneous digital attention marketplace where leaderboard positions and category spotlights are activated dynamically upon payment verification. Because visibility and spotlight ranking are rendered immediately to the public internet, bids are non-reversible and non-refundable once processed.
2. Outbid Dynamics & Rank Movement
Placing a bid grants the participant immediate real-time rank placement based on cumulative expenditure. Subsequent bids by other contenders may alter future positions. Dynamic position movement caused by market competition does not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or credits.
3. Failed Transactions & Double Billing
If funds are deducted from your bank account or card but your placement was not registered due to a gateway network interruption, Razorpay will automatically reconcile the transaction within 3–5 business days. You may also contact our support team with your payment ID.
